Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Most products will ship within 2-4 business days. Please expect some delay in very busy times of year (ie Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day)

Who do you ship with?
All orders ship via USPS and local mail delivery for international orders.

How long does shipping take?
Covid-19 has impacted some international deliveries but these are the general shipping times:
USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 4-10 business days
Western Europe: 5-15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 5-15 business days
Rest of the World: 5-20 business days

Customs and Taxes
Each country has their own customs regulations and fees and you may be charged in addition to your purchase. Please check your country's tax authority to see what fees may be charged. Fees charged at payable by the recipient.

Cancellation
If we have not begun production, cancellation may be possible but not guaranteed. Please contact us to see if this is possible.

Damaged / Incorrect Order
Please contact us with your order number and photo of the product that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect and we will help replace the item.

Returns
Please contact us. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 60 day return from date of purchase.
